They do. Every necklace includes two chains of different lengths so you can wear your piece higher or lower depending on the day and the outfit.

Absolutely. You can type Hebrew directly into the customizer and switch the text direction to right to left. If you want something specific and aren't sure how to type it, just describe it in your text and we'll take care of it.
